总结过去，我觉得当好一名优秀的班长竞聘演讲稿应做到以下几点：
第一个方面:思想素质曾有这么一句话:思想是行为的先导!我认为一个人不管在什么工作岗位，没有良好的思想素质，是不能够有所作为!作为一名竞选班长演讲稿，首先要明白怎样做才能对的起公司，对的起社会!那就要我们严格要求自己，与一切对公司有害的行为作斗争!有一个良好的思想，才能够做出对社会对公司有益的事情!只有丰富和武装了自己，才能够带着兄弟们向前冲!

作为班长必须时刻努力提高自身的综合业务水平，以身作则、身先士卒，严格执行有关规章制度，用自己的实际行动去感染、影响班组成员，激发班组成员学习业务技能的积极性，为此，我将首先深入学习各种规程以及本局的各项规章制度；保证在处理棘手的事故时，能冷静、果断地分析原因，并及时做出准确的判断；其次在平时注意灵活掌握电网理论知识，注意汲取自己、班组成员和相关事故通报的经验教训，同时注意学以致用，将所学到的理论与实际相结合。
第二、加强安全管理，努力当领导的参谋助手。
