尊敬的各位领导，各位同事，你们好!
我叫，很荣幸今天能参加院里的演讲比赛。下面我演讲的题目是《新形势，新思路》。
我自进入医院工作到现在已余年，在这余年近千多个日子里，我有机会见证了龙门卫生院发展的每步历程，其中包括许多从无到有，从有到创新、从创新到拓展的过程，强烈地感受到了医院的发展气息。近年来，龙门卫生院在局领导和院领导的正确领导和大力支持下，已经很好地解决了生存问题，这一点在我院职工的工资收入中可以充分地反映出来，特别是最近几年，我院职工工资收入将近翻了一番。但我们必须认清当前形势，认真思考所面临的机遇和问题。为进一步提高医院服务水平，我们只有把握“着力点”，找准“切入点”触动“共鸣点”才能把握好促进和加快医院发展的最佳时机，明确我院的发展方向，为医院更上一个台阶做好思想准备。
一、卫生院大发展迎来新形势，新机遇
机遇1：卫生院经过几年的发展，已经很好地解决了生存问题，不用再为生活问题发愁，彻底摆脱了医院卫生服务低水平，服务对象大量流失的困境，为下一步卫生院再发展打下了良好的基础。
机遇2：农民群众的收入有了很大提高，人均收入有了成倍增长，对健康也有了进一步的要求，对健康的投入也成倍增加，对乡镇卫生院的再发展有了可靠的前提。
机遇3：在国家政策上为乡镇卫生院的发展提供了保证。国家管理层已经深刻认识到乡镇卫生院在解决全民医疗卫生服务中的地位和作用，只有提高乡镇卫生院的地位，充分发挥乡镇卫生院的作用，解决我国全民医疗卫生服务才有可能。新农合政策对乡镇卫生院的倾斜，就是新形势下国家卫生政策的反映。
二、新形势下卫生院工作发展思路
(一)要重新对我院进行定位：在新形势下，卫生院的定位，是卫生院发展首先要认清的问题，定位就是要根据国家的卫生政策以及自己医院所处环境，定出自己在整个医疗卫生服务体系中的位置，位置找准了，发展就有了方向和目标，进而可以找到很多达到目标的方法。首先，我们必须明白我院已不是“赚钱自养”的医疗机构，而是承担农村初级卫生保健，疾病控制和卫生监督以及对村卫生室和乡村医生管理职能的农村公共卫生机构。因此，不能盲目地把我院建设确定在“提高医疗服务能力和水平上”，提出不切实际
的发展目标和要求，而应把重点放在公共卫生职能上。这样才不会错失方向，带来了错误的发展信息。
(二)要转变思想观念。思想的改革带来的是服务模式的转变，我觉得，以后我院应该是主动的深入到农村，主动的为农民提供综合的医疗保健、健康教育、各种咨询于一体的适应市场运行规律的新型卫生院，变被动的事业型为主动的服务型。我们常说卫生院的发展要坚持以人为本。这里的以人为本应具有两层含义，不光是卫生医护人员，更应该是全乡所有的村民，因为乡卫生院的功能决定了他所服务的是全体村民。因此，了解村民，为他们提供优质的服务，让农民信任，是我院今后工作的重中之重，这对我院的发展才是最根本的。
(三)加强我院的自身建设。首先应规范我院的管理，一切活动依据标准，一切指标落实到人，一切评价应用事实的数据。我院的建设我认为应从以下几方面着手：1,保证一定量的技术骨干，通过各种方式，多培养至少能保证村民基本医疗需求的医护人员。2，根据我院的实际情况，做好我院医疗科室的建设，我不提倡大而全，而是要走适合农村村民的专科建设道路。首先，建急诊科：要能保证村民一般急诊的需要，得到及时、有效的处理;其次，建妇科：
要能满足农民基本的妇幼保健的需要;还有一个很重要又容易被忽视的是中医科：利用中医的手段大力发展中医、中药、针灸、理疗等农民更易于接受的医疗服务，用低廉的价格，优质的服务解决农民的伤痛;最后，辅检科室：必须完善，至少能满足最基本的诊断要求，减少他们为做一个检查而往返于城乡之间的劳顿之苦。
(四)建立健全的枢纽机制。密切联系村卫生室和上级医疗部门的关系，真正起到枢纽的作用。第一，我院要积极配合上级政府、卫生行政部门，做好新医改制度的实施，做实、做细农村公共卫生工作，在缓解当地“看病难、看病贵”的问题上，贡献我们卫生院应尽的一份职责。第二，要加强对乡村医生的管理和支持。总理说过：最基层的医疗卫生服务是整个医疗卫生服务的“网底”，只能加厚加牢而不能消弱。而乡村医生是这个“网底”的卫士。因此，积极帮助他们改善执业条件、解决实际困难，留住他们，才能保障“网底”不破。

大家上午好!我是市检察院第二支部的邝静云。今天我演讲的题目是《为天地立心 为苍生立命 助推郴州发展》。
提到郴州，我的家乡，脸上便不由自主的会泛出满满的骄傲感。20__年，中国城市竞争力研究会发布，郴州入选为中国最具幸福感的30座城市。那会儿，我立马发了个朋友圈，大喊：“妹子我作为郴州人，我傲娇。”是的，郴州山清水秀，人杰地灵，北瞻衡岳之秀，南峙五岭之冲。但，作为“郴州人”，我认为我们不只是单向的接受它的美好，更应该意识到，如何让郴州更好，如何让助推郴州，也有‘我’的责任”。
什么是责任?古人说：“为天地立心，为苍生立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平。”我们每一名检察干警、每一个郴州人，就当如此——为天地立心，为苍生立命，助推郴州发展。
为天地立心，坚守最应该纯粹的初心。我们要坚守天地之间这颗纯粹初心。要有是非之心、道义之心、好恶之心、恻隐之心。曾经，听我们的“全国优秀公诉人”李毅婷讲过这样一个亲身经历：从上午十点到晚上八点，预计一个上午就能结束的庭审历经了10个小时。她一名公诉人，面对五名被告，六名辩护人，在公诉席上，毫不惧场、唇枪舌战、见招拆招，以事实为依据、以法律为准绳，终于让被告人认罪服法。这是我们公诉人经常碰到的情况，他们每一句义正言辞的公诉词，每一场激情昂扬的辩论，为的就是辨明是非、揭示真相，让有罪者认罪、为无罪者正名。这就是我们从检的纯粹初心。
为苍生立命，扛起最应该担当的责任。比尔盖茨说过这样一句话：“每天早晨醒来，一想到所从事的工作和所开发的技术将会给人类生活带来巨大影响和变化，我就会无比兴奋和激动!”干事创业，心中首先要装着人民，为苍生立命，扛起最应该担当的责任，才能在工作中获得无穷动力，才能助推郴州发展。我们身边的郴州人刘真茂，一位退伍老兵，三十年如一日，坚守在“绿色郴州”第一线，白了头发，绿了青山。在他眼里，守山，不光是守护着青山绿水，更是守护着我们每一个郴州人，守护着我们郴州人应尽的责任，应有的担当。这就是“郴州发展，‘我’的责任”最好的写照与榜样。

大家好。今天我演讲的题目是：奉献正能量，做最好的自己。
六月底，在学校组织召开的《中阳大发展，我该怎么办大讨论动员大会》上，我第一次接触到这一活动，说老实话，当时，我并不觉得中阳大发展，我的“怎么办”有多大的意义。我之于中阳，不过是大树旁的一只蚍蜉，力量实在微不足道，更何况，孔夫子有云：不在其位，不谋其政。
但是，细细想来，中阳的发展，真的只是为政者的事情吗?虽然没有居庙堂之高，但我们也并没有处江湖之远啊，生活在中阳的天空下，中阳的一切便与我们息息相关。
十几天前，我开车去客都，刚刚提心吊胆地上了九思门外的大坡，一个没留神，“嗵”得一声巨响，车右轮胎整个掉到了路面的一个大坑里，前进不了，后退不得。直到现在我走那条路都心有余悸，宁可绕国道而行。我多么希望有一天，中阳的“坑途”都能变成“坦途”，我们的出行可以畅通无“坑”。
有朋友来中阳玩，我尽地主之宜要带他们去城里逛一逛。可是，随时有堵车可能的狭窄街道，二三十年房龄的老旧房屋，还有占据半壁江山的各种摊贩，中阳县城啊，想说爱你，真的不容易。我多么我们的家园能整齐划一，秩序井然，山青水秀，绿意盎然，成为我们的骄傲。
女儿一天天长大，我多么希望她能在更良好的教育环境中成长;
父母一天天老去，我又多么希望能有更先进的医疗技术为他们保驾护航。
中阳，这片我们生活着的热土，它的发展，真的和我们两不相干吗?不，好比生命存在于空气之中，空气的优劣决定生命的质量。它的一切，都与我们休戚相关。它的荣辱，是我们的荣辱，它的发展，也是我们的福音。
中阳大发展，是我的愿望，也是每一个中阳人民的愿望，也是县委县政府不息奋斗的目标。在这发展的东风吹来之际，我们不禁要问：中阳大发展，我，该怎么办?
我想，作为中阳县的一名普通公民，我们能做的，首先是视县如家，爱县如家。如果你舍不得让家中锃亮光洁的地板沾染一点污渍，那么，请你不要在干净如新的道路上乱扔一枚烟头;如果你把家中收拾得干净整洁、井井有条，那么，请你不要把香车“宝马”随意停放在公共场所;如果，你享受家庭生活温馨祥和的氛围，那么，请你也给陌生的同乡一个温暖的微笑吧。“花香蝶自来”，维护城市文明卫生是每个公民应尽的义务和责任。如果人人都能为中阳的发展奉献自已的正能量，献一缕阳光，那么，中阳的文明和谐、华彩照人便指日可待。
做好这些，就足够了吗?不，不够。因为我们在座的，不仅仅是中阳的主人，我们还担负着更神圣的使命：教书育人。
十年树木，百年树人。阴校长在动员大会上说：“中阳大发展，人才是关键，教育打基础，一中要先行”。作为全县唯一的一所高中，
我们一中人担负着的是中阳的未来。今天这些天真无邪的孩子，正是明天中阳发展的中流砥柱。作为教师，我们该做的，首先是教好孩子们，做最好的自已。
也许我们并非才高八斗、学富五车，但我们可以博览群书，孜孜以求;也许我们并非道德楷模、师德标兵，但我们可以独善其身、诲人不倦;也许我们做不了燃烧的红烛、无私的春蚕，但我们可以兢兢业业、克已奉公。在三尺讲台上，做最好的自已，便是我们为中阳的发展做出的答卷。如果中阳是一座摩天大楼，我们只是一块不起眼的基石，但即便是基石，也要做最坚硬、最可靠的那一块。
